Silly Kate

Kate has started insisting that she feed herself. As you can see, it takes longer to clean up the food than make it.
Playing at Grandma's!
She is working on her dance video here. Oh, and for a quick family update, Drew has had two job offers so far, one in Vincennes, and one here in Evansville. We haven't heard from the companies in Indy or SABIC.

Its fun to match!

They are now my new favorite outfits. I think this is the only picture I have of Kate smiling cutely since she was 9 months old, most of the time she makes the strangest faces when I get the camera out.
Kate constantly wants to hold Lily. At the rate Lily is growing, Kate won't be able to much longer.
Kate loves to share her Cheez-its.
Its amazing that Kate was Lily's size just a year ago.

Week 9 (I think)

Lily is starting to get so big! She is out of her 0-3 month clothes already! She is such a sweet and loving baby. I just love having her around. We have also hit the halfway point for this semester, which is so exciting. Only 8 more weeks. Drew has two second interviews in the next few weeks, one in Indy and the other in St. Louis. We will see what happens.

Blessing pictures

Finally, blessing pictures. Mom made a beautifull dress once again.
As you can see, Kate was not a happy camper.

We tried everything to get Kate to sit still...

Candy worked, but only for about two pictures.

What a fun weekend!

On friday we went to Andrew's football game. It was a lot of fun. Kate kept saying "Football and pointing to the field." I made her a little jacket to show her support.

On saturday was the regional cross country meet. I thought I got a good picture of Alisha at the start, but now that I look at it closer, I realize she is not in it. Oh well, Alisha kicked booty and came in 6th place! The girls won the meet again, but the boys came in second. Next weekend is semi-state.

General Conference

This is how Drew and Andrew prepared for Conference.

Lily is smiling!!
Kate loves to climb
Drew has taught Kate how to glare at people, and she has just learned to fold her arms. This is her doing both at the same time. If looks could kill...

SIAC cross-country meet

On Oct 2, Kate, Lily, and I went to Alisha's XC meet. It was so much fun! I decorated one of Lly's onesies for the occasion.
Kate loved it because there were dogs everywhere!
This is the start of the race. North is the only school in green.
And here she is, our famous runner! Alisha did awesome in this race, she come in 5th!!!!!!! She was in third place for about half of the race, but two girls past her with about .25 of a mile to go. So, now she is All-city and All Conference! Both the girl and boy north teams won the meet.

Catching up

"I've got my eye on you!"
I couldn't help myself with this one. She was crying because I took her pacifier away. She has been teething bad the past few weeks, so she is getting really attached to her paci.
Lily is starting to be awake and wide-eyed. She can sit for quite a away and just look around. It is a great help when I am trying to get things done.
